Donation Refund Policy At DIY Inc Marine Services, we appreciate your support and trust in our mission to create a sustainable marina community. We want to ensure that our donors have confidence in their contributions. Refund Guarantee In the event that our marina project is not approved or if circumstances arise that prevent us from moving forward, we guarantee a 100% refund of all donations received. Eligibility for Refund Donations will be refunded in full if: 1. The marina project is not approved by the relevant authorities. 2. The project is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 90 days of the project's cancellation or denial. Donors will be notified via email and refunded through the original payment method. Exceptions No refunds will be issued for: 1. Donations made after the project's completion. 2. Donations made for specific components of the project that have already been completed.
