- Expand the marina to accommodate 100 slips, increasing capacity for Full time Mariners and visitors

- Upgrade docks, electrical, and water systems to ensure safety and functionality

- Renovate the restaurant, fuel dock, and store to provide modern amenities and services

- Add laundry, showers, and Wi-Fi facilities for Full time Mariners residents

 

Supporting the Full time Mariner Community

 

- Offer competitive moorage rates and flexible lease options for Full time Mariners

- Designate slips for Full time Mariner vessels, ensuring a sense of community and belonging

- Provide access to amenities, services, and events tailored to Full time Mariner residents
